Holy Schnikies!

I watched Wimbledon today to see Raphael Nadal....I don't particularly care for tennis, I just wanted to see that big plump butt of his in action. Damn....that's an ass you could eat a three course meal off of! So...here we go....behold the butt..

I'm currently rereading this book, Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them. It's a great read and I highly recommend it to everyone, not just disillusioned liberals like myself. I always loved Al Frankin on SNL...remember Stuart Smalley? Anyway, he's a man of considerable intelligence and an astute political commentator....and he's just damned funny. The book is insightful, humorous, and really brings home the hypocrisy of the current regime. I love the fact that he takes on the stars of the Republican party, the menacing Death Star that is Fox News Bill O'Reilly, and the always crazy Ann Coulter. So...for an enlightening summer read, I recommend this book.

Yaaay! It's Sunday!

WWGWD?

Dennis Kucinich has delivered 35 Articles of Impeachment against GW to the Congress. All well and good...I applaud him. My only question is....why now???

Why couldn't he have been impeached years ago and saved countless lives? Nancy Pelosi said in reply to the impeachment proposal that it wasn't gonna happen at this stage in the game. It's too late. What would it accomplish? The man's already going to go down in history as THE MOST hated President, more hated and unpopular that poor old Tricky Dicky. I'd love to see him impeached, then hurled out of a helicopter into the middle of a Baghdad war ghetto. Ooops! That was NOT a death threat! The CIA's probably headed to my house as I type!

I heard Friday on NPR what I'd been waiting to hear...US oil companies are preparing to move into Iraq. It was probably already going on and we just didn't hear about it. Isn't it just a little odd that really nothing has been said about Iraq's oil fields all these years? Silence is golden! We have no idea what's really been going on. We've been kept distracted by stem -cells and gay marriage and Britney Spears......
Well, same sex marriage is now legal in California. New mexico is one of the only states that will recognize a same sex marriage conducterd in California.....and I'm an old maid! Not even a bride's maid! Lol.....

I never thought I'd see the day when "gay marriage" was legal. Things have changed so dramaticallty. When I was growing up in NM in the 80's, this was the most homophobic, ugly place. Now, there are same sex couples going to the prom!

These are some appropriate Sunday pics I found today when I Googled GW. I hope that you cherish them as I do........

Another Josh....

I was looking at all the Austin guys posted on "Hot or Not" today and came across this little cutie...Josh. We were roomies at one point. God how many years ago? I lived with several guys in a beautiful house out in Oak Hill. He's posing with Matt's Great Dane...can't remember the dog's name. He caught a possum in the back yard one night...lol...I've com pletely lost track of Josh. I DO remember when he posted this, along with Matt and Alex. I was looking for their pics as well, but couldn't find them. There was a humorous event with Alex around this time....he posted an ad on Craig's List that he was a prostitute/massuese,"for hot UT chicks," not understanding that "hot UT chicks" wouldn't be needing to call goofy male prostitutes...so, when the men began calling the house, poor Alex was stunned. I never let him live that one down. I told him I'd give him an extra $20.00 for "a hkappy ending!" What a goofy kid....just as dumb as dumb gets, but really sweet none the less.

Mars......Ancestral Home of Sasquatch!

Yes, it's oficial....Mars has now been acknowledged as the official home planet of Bigfoot...the Yeti...Momo...Skunk Ape....yes, they go by many names....all part of their nefarious plot to infiltrate and destroy the American way of life!

In an official NASA and CIA press release this morning, it was finally revealed that yes, an alien space craft did indeed crash in the New Mexico desert in the 40's. And...most shocking, the craft was piloted by an all Sasquach crew! The revelations continued....that the Sasquatch race has been guiding and influencing human evolution for millenia. Ties to Al Quida have been uncovered, and it is believed that the Martian Sasquatch are now preparing for a full scale invasion of planet Earth.

As expected, President Bush is preparing to address congress this afternoon to seek approval to launch a full out nuclear obliteration of the planet Mars, and massive troop deployment throuchout US forrests and mountain ranges to "hunt, seek, and destroy this threat to American security, " both on world and off. "We gotta get those big 'ol monkies!" Bush said this morning. Evangelical ministers and leaders are rallying around the President and voicing God's approval of total Sasquatch extenction. "God said to me just this morning that if we don't destroy this Godless Satan-spawned race, God will punish us, just like He did with 911 and Katrina!" said the Rev Pat Robertson. A link between the Sasquatch and the "Gay Agenda" was also identified by Rev John Hagee of Cornerstone Church, San Antonio Texas.

Fox News will provide 24-7 coverage as the war escalates. Please stay tuned.

BLACK Gay Twin Butt-Sex!

Some of you may be wondering at the title of this entry....others will be reading this because that's what they're here for! It's the funniest thing.....I've seen an EXPONENTIAL explosion of the numbers of visitors to this blog. When I researched the blog stats, I found out why...and it's quite funny! There is a post I did quite some time back about two black, gay, porn star twins who ran afoul of the law and got busted for a string of burglaries. So....whenever someone does a Google search for black-gay-twin-sex-robbery, or any of the endless multitudinous combinations of these words, they are directed here.....I'm a porn site! Not just any porn site...a kinkoid porn site! I've also gotten hits for the Redneck Wedding piece, and the Ween entries, but by far, the biggest draws to this blog have been horn dogs in search of things they'd never EVER tell their mother's about. I think it's pretty funny, and believe me, I'm not criticising.....I'm just as horny and porn-seeking as any other guy with a computer.
It's amazing to also see where these guys (knowing men, I'm ASSUMING they're males) come from. The Netherlands, Canada, France, UK...Saudi Arabia! Some poor Saudi guy wanting to see black gay hardcore twin sex is sent to my site.....must be a bummer!

So.....I decided to create a couple of other blogs that I've been thinking about for some time. I've only just begun to create one, the Boys Gone Wild site, but I have plans for several more. I love the Guys Gone Wild series of movies, made by the same team who bring us the irritating and grossly over advertised Girls Gone Wild movies. They are very sexy movies. I have a straight guy fetish (who doesn't I guess)......I love to see, in person and in pics and vids, the juvenile, crude, lude and very homoerotic behavior of frat-boys, jocks etc. So when I get the Boys Gone Wild blog up and running, it should be really pretty good. An amature male and a butt blog are also in the works. I have alot of pics, some I've taken myself, and many from the net that I've collected over the years. So....stay tuned!

Well, it's Sunday. I usually post something with a religious, usually anti-christian theme on Sundays. Not much I can think of to write about on that subject tonight. I'm in Austin right now on a long visit, so I'm in the thrall of this city and find myself pretty distracted. This heat and humidity is excruciating. I've been in the dust bowl of NM for a while, so the humidity and moisture is something I have to acclimatize to again.

"Get your Fuckin Ass to Church!!!"

As a Sunday post, I offer this sage advice......

Remember....every time you bust a nut......Jesus is Watching!!!!

Peace and Love,

Michael

Took this pic with the web cam last night.....I shaved my head a while back and it's really growing fast. All the black is gone. I haven't had natural color in a long time.

Sunday Post...

Yes...it's Sunday again...the Day of the Lord, and time for my hope-filled and inspirational Sunday Post! Last night I wrote that I was being forced to endure the loud and more often than not, hate-filled ramblings of San Antonio preacher John Hagee. Here's an interesting article on Brother Hagee courtesy of Glen Greenwald of Salon.Com.

Some hateful, radical ministers -- white evangelicals -- are acceptable

One of this week's hysterical press scandals was that Minister Louis Farrakhan praised Barack Obama's candidacy even though Obama had previously denounced numerous Farrakhan remarks and the Obama campaign did nothing to seek out the Farrakhan praise. Nonetheless, Tim Russert demanded that Obama jump through multiple hoops to prove that he has no connection to -- and, in fact, "rejects" -- the ideas espoused by Farrakhan deemed to be radical and hateful.

Yesterday, though, the equally fringe, radical and hateful (at least) Rev. John Hagee -- a white evangelical who is the pastor of a sprawling "mega-church" in Texas -- enthusiastically endorsed John McCain. Did McCain have to jump through the same hoops which Russert and others set up for Obama and "denounce" Hagee's extremism and "reject" his support? No; quite the opposite. McCain said he was "very honored" to receive this endorsement and, when asked about some of Hagee's more twisted views, responded: "all I can tell you is that I am very proud to have Pastor John Hagee's support."

McCain's sainted supporter, Joe Lieberman, last year spoke to Hagee's group and lavished him with such obsequious praise that Lieberman actually compared Hagee, favorably, to Moses. Why is Louis Farrakhan deemed by our political establishment to be so radioactive as to not be fit for good company -- black candidates are required to repudiate his support even when they haven't sought it and denounce his views even when they've never advocated anything close to those views -- but John Hagee is a perfectly acceptable figure whom mainstream GOP politicians are free to court without any consequences or media objections?

Here is just a small sampling of the belief system of this welcomed McCain supporter:

* All Muslims are programmed to kill and we can thus never negotiate with any of them. From an NPR interview Hagee gave to Terry Gross in 2006:

TG: If you use the Bible as the basis for policy, is there any room for compromise? And if you use the bible as the basis for policy, should Muslims use the Koran as the basis for their policy, and then again, what possible basis is there for compromise at that point?

JH: There is really no room for compromise between radical Islam --

TG: I'm not talking about radical Islam. I'm just talking about Islam in general.

JH: Well Islam in general -- those who live by the Koran have a scriptural mandate to kill Christians and Jews.

* God caused Hurricane Katrina to wipe out New Orleans because it had a gay pride parade the week before and was filled with sexual sin. From the same interview:
JH: All hurricanes are acts of God, because God controls the heavens. I believe that New Orleans had a level of sin that was offensive to God, and they were recipients of the judgment of God for that.

The newspaper carried the story in our local area, that was not carried nationally, that there was to be a homosexual parade there on the Monday that the Katrina came. And the promise of that parade was that it would was going to reach a level of sexuality never demonstrated before in any of the other gay pride parades.

So I believe that the judgment of God is a very real thing. I know there are people who demur from that, but I believe that the Bible teaches that when you violate the law of God, that God brings punishment sometimes before the Day of Judgment, and I believe that the Hurricane Katrina was, in fact, the judgment of God against the city of New Orleans.

* The End Times -- Rapture -- is imminent and the U.S. Government must do what it can to hasten it, which at minimum requires: (a) a war with Iran and (b) undying, absolute support for a unified Israel, including all Occupied Territories (hence, Joe Lieberman's love affair with them). From Christian Palestinian Daoud Kuttab in The New York Times (h/t PZ Meyers):
A small minority of evangelical Christians have entered the Middle East political arena with some of the most un-Christian statements I have ever heard. . . . [Rev.] Hagee, a popular televangelist who leads the 18,000-member Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, ratcheted up his rhetoric this year with the publication of his book, "Jerusalem Countdown," in which he argues that a confrontation with Iran is a necessary precondition for Armageddon (which will mean the death of most Jews, in his eyes) and the Second Coming of Christ. In the best-selling book, Hagee insists that the United States must join Israel in a preemptive military strike against Iran to fulfill God's plan for both Israel and the West.
Hagee believes that "the president's support for Israel fulfills a biblical injunction to protect the Jewish state," which "will play a pivotal role in the second coming." These views are not unrelated to Hagee's support for McCain. Quite the contrary; Hagee cited McCain's so-called "pro-Israel views," his belligerence towards Iran, and his social conservatism as reasons for the endorsement. And in critical contrast to Obama and Farrakhan, McCain actually seems to share some of Hagee's more twisted views, as evidenced by McCain's joyful singing about dropping bombs on Iran.

The GOP has long been given a pass on courting the most warped and twisted religious figures around. George Bush spoke regularly with Pat Robertson -- never once forced to "denounce" or "reject" him. In 2006, Rev. Hagee had a private meeting with uber-White House neocon (and convicted criminal) Elliot Abrams, who just happens to run Middle East policy in the Bush administration, and afterwards, Hagee gushed that he and Abrams (like he and Lieberman) shared similar views towards the Middle East: "we felt we were on the right track."

Watching the media's treatment of Farrakhan and Hagee, is it possible to imagine a more transparent, and grotesque, double standard? In the framework of the Russert-led establishment press, white evangelical Christians are, by definition, entitled to great respect no matter how radical, extreme and hateful their professed views are. These are, after all, religious Christians -- People of Faith -- and, as such, it is wrong, even bigoted, to suggest that they should be repudiated. There is nothing ever radical, hateful or dangerous about the views of white evangelical Christians like Hagee.

Thus, white evangelical Ministers are free to advocate American wars based on Biblical mandates, rant hatefully against Islam, and argue that natural disasters occur because God hates gay people. They are still fit for good company, an important and cherished part of our mainstream American political system. The entire GOP establishment is permitted actively to lavish them with praise and court their support without the slightest backlash or controversy. Both George Bush and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert sent formal greetings to the 2006 gathering of Hagee's group.

By contrast, black Muslim ministers like Farrakhan, or even black Christian ministers like Rev. Jeremiah Wright, are held with deep suspicion, even contempt. McCain is free to hug and praise the Rev. Hagees of the world, but Obama is required to prove over and over and over and over that he does not share the more extreme views of black Ministers.

How come Tim Russert -- in all the times he sits and chats with Lieberman, McCain and various high Bush officials -- never reads all of the inflammatory, disgusting, crazed "Rapture-is-Coming/ All-Jews-will-Burn/ Kill-All-Muslims/ Hurricanes-are-Punishment-against-Gays" pronouncements from John Hagee and James Dobson and Pat Robertson and demand that John McCain and George Bush and Joe Lieberman "denounce" those views and "reject" their support? What's the difference, exactly?

UPDATE: As emaydon recalls in Comments, McCain supporter Rudy Giuliani, just a few months ago, stood on the same stage and gushed with gratitude over the endorsement by Rev. Pat Robertson of Giuliani's presidential bid.

That's the same Rev. Robertson who, among so many great things, said that Ariel Sharon's stroke was God's punishment for giving up Gaza and the 9/11 attack was divine retribution against America -- America's fault -- for tolerating gays, feminists and the ACLU. But Giuliani was the moderate, respectable candidate who was free to accept Robertson's endorsement, and Russert and his friends never demanded that he "reject" it.

UPDATE II: Although cavorting with the likes of Pat Robertson and John Hagee is perfectly acceptable in Russert World, Russert also demanded, back in January, 2006, that Obama opine on various controversial remarks from the highly influential political philosopher Harry Belafonte (h/t JKP1000):

MR. RUSSERT: I want to talk a little bit about the language people are using in the politics now of 2006, and I refer you to some comments that Harry Belafonte made yesterday. He said that Homeland Security had become the new Gestapo. What do you think of that?

MR. RUSSERT: Mr. Belafonte went to Venezuela, as you well know, some time ago and met with the Hugo Chavez, leader of that country, and said some things that obviously were noted in this country and around the world. Let’s listen, and come back and talk about it.

(Videotape, January 8, 2006) . . .

MR. RUSSERT: Is it appropriate to call the President of the United States "the greatest terrorist in the world"?

Obama is required to denounce certain people with whom he has no connection while the likes of Bush, McCain, Lieberman and Giuliani are free to associate themselves openly with the most extremist elements around.

UPDATE III: Here is the McCain campaign website proudly promoting a video of Rev. Hagee's reverent introduction of McCain, while McCain and wife Cindy stood proudly by, during the candidate's "No Surrender Tour":

During his remarks, Rev. Hagee denounced those "in Congress who whine about the cost of the war"; said we can't withdraw from Iraq because "Israel will be in greater danger than ever before," pointed out that "Allah [is Ahmadinejad's] God -- not ours"; and raved that McCain "is the leader and the [other candidates] are followers." Rev. Hagee concluded: "Without victory, there is no survival." McCain then went over to him and warmly shook his hand.

UPDATE IV: Over at New Republic, Dayo Olopade collects a couple of additional Hagee quotes, including this one warning about the Harry Potter books:
As millions of people anticipate the release of the latest Harry Potter book and film, we're reminded once again of Satan's ongoing attempt to deceive and destroy. The whole purpose of the Potter books is to desensitize readers and introduce them to the occult.
McCain in 2008! Let's ask Joe Lieberman what he thinks about the Pastor:
I begin by thanking your founder, Pastor John Hagee. I would describe Pastor Hagee with the words the Torah uses to describe Moses, he is an "Eesh Elo Kim," a man of God because those words fit him; and, like Moses he has become the leader of a mighty multitude in pursuit of and defense of Israel.
John McCain and Joe Lieberman -- Hagee reverence and all -- are our nation's Serious, principled, and moderate figures. Just ask Tim Russert, Fred Hiatt, Joe Klein, Gloria Borger, Chris Matthews, et al.

UPDATE V: The Catholic League's Bill Donohue, the media's anointed arbiter for all matters relating to what he claims is "anti-Catholic bigotry," is quite furious about McCain's warm embrace of Pastor Hagee:
McCAIN EMBRACES BIGOT

Catholic League president Bill Donohue addressed this today:

"There are plenty of staunch evangelical leaders who are pro-Israel, but are not anti-Catholic. John Hagee is not one of them. Indeed, for the past few decades, he has waged an unrelenting war against the Catholic Church. For example, he likes calling it 'The Great Whore,' an 'apostate church,' the 'anti-Christ,' and a 'false cult system' . . . .

"In Hagee's latest book, Jerusalem Countdown, he calls Hitler a Catholic who murdered Jews while the Catholic Church did nothing. 'The sell-out of Catholicism to Hitler began not with the people but with the Vatican itself,' he writes. . . . "Senator Obama has repudiated the endorsement of Louis Farrakhan, another bigot. McCain should follow suit and retract his embrace of Hagee."

Whenever Bill Donohue attacks Democrats as being anti-Catholic -- during, for the instance, the grave matter of the Edwards campaign's hiring of Amanda Marcotte and Melissa McEwan as campaign bloggers -- Donohue was ubiquitous, treated with the utmost respect. Donohue's righteous protests over John McCain's embrace of such a stark, hateful anti-Catholic bigot merit at least as much attention as the Edwards Blogger Scandal, to put it mildly.

UPDATE VI: I interviewed The Catholic League's President, Bill Donohue, regarding the McCain/Hagee connection. The write-up on the interview is here; the podcast can be heard here.

I've heard the nonsense about gays causing natural disasters from several preachers. They've been saying it for years...hurricanes, floods, earthquakes....911! Wow....I really need to learn to harnass "my power" as a gay/bi man. Apparantly, our actions pack quite a supernatural wallop! Why....we can rule the world...yes.... RULE THE WORLD!!! (Maniacal laughter and hand wringing!)

Tonight....

Sitting around with my family tonight. They're watching John Hagee on TV. In case you don't know who he is, he's a preacher from San Antonio. Several members of my family go to his church, and my mother and sister like to listen to him. I hate him. He yells and hollers....He's the preacher who endorsed John McCain and then embarassed him with his remarks about the Jews. Anyway, the point is...it's a boring and dismal night.

Someone asked me today, "how are you doing?" I'm not really sure how I'm doing actually. For the most part I'm happy I guess. I'm bored stiff here in NM alot of the time. I'm not depessed or overtly unhappy, but I'm just dissatisfied I guess. I'm not working at the moment, and it's really getting to me. So much of my self identity is wrapped up in my profession, nursing. I'm a caregiver. I get the most unbelieveable satisfaction from my profession, from helping my patients and seeing them recover....being there for them, and sometimes...being with them when they die. The reason behind my break from work is a long story, and I don't really want to go into it in a public forum such as this. I didn't kill anyone or anything...nothing that dramatic. I just need a break to heal myself a bit. I do intend to go back to work however. This is just temporary, as being back in NM at the moment is temporary.

I'm really lonely here. I think that's the biggest obstacle I'm facing at the moment. Haven't made any friends since I've been back, and haven't met any nice guys that a relationship could be possible with. I've met some guys, and one or two of them have been nice, but the great majority of gay men around here seem to be intolerable, shallow jerks. Same old story...it was like this all the years I lived here. There is a great guy I'm chatting with, however. We haven't met yet, though. Im looking forward to meeting him, but is there a chance of anything really developing with him? I don't know. I tend to think probably not, though I might be surprised. It's been over a year now since I've been seriously involved with anyone. I'm really ready. It's funny. When I'm involved, I everyone wants me. When I'm single, I don't meet anyone who seems interested, at least in getting into a meaningful relationship.

Love. Love love love. What a wonderful thing. There's nothing on Earth like the happiness, the giddiness of a new relationship. Then when the newness wears off a bit, you start to really enjoy the stability and the comfort of having someone in your life you can depend on, who's there for you in every way. We're wired for this. Gay men seem to have a kink in the wiring, however. I've noticed in my own life, that there's something about being in a relationship with a girl that tempers and tames a man. Gay men don't have this grounding energy of the opposite sex. But I don't want to get into that now....I could write a book about that subject.

Anyway, John Hagee is still hollering, and on that note I'll close for tonight.
Kisses.....

Adios Hillary.....

Well sadly, Hillary's campaign for President has come to an end. I'm really very disappointed. Despite his faults, namely that of being a typical horney man, Bill was an excellent President, and I know that Hillary would have brought not only her own intelligence and experience, but the invaluable experience and diplomatic savvy of Bill. That was one of the problems with her campaign, however. Many people, and even some Democrats, wanted a fresh and new perspective in the White House, rather than a continuation of a former Presidency. I had the opportunity to hear President Clinton speak once. He is a brilliant, eloquent man, unlike our current President of course. George Bush reminds me of some of the children I used to teach.....just dumb as dirt, sitting in the corner picking their noses....or, the kind of guy who you just hate in high school....the asshole jock, or the spoiled ignorant frat boy.. Anyway, I could go on and on about GW.

I really wanted to see our country have a female President. Other countries have had females in high government for years. It would have really taken our country forward, and I think the way the rest of the world views us would have improved. Of course the Muslims would have had a fit, but they'd have a fit anyway. I'm really proud, however, that our country took her seriously and that her campaign ran as long as it did. That's a really historic event in the United States. Equally historic, of course, is that a black man would also be considered for the office of President. The fact that these two candidates were taken seriously at all really makes me proud for our country, proud of the changes I've seen in my lifetime.

I really like Barak Obama. He has a cool head, thinks well on his feet, and like Hillary, is an individual of no small intelligence. The Republicans (and even Hillary's people) made quite a deal of his lack of experience. How much experience did George Bush or Ronald Regan have though? They were both just governors. I thought George Bush was OK as a governor, of course I loved Ann Richards. As far as the Republicans go, John McCain is a good man, and I think he'd be a good president.....just not of our country. I think even he knows he won't win. When he makes statements indicating that he'd be prepared to continue the war for 100 years if necessary, he really pretty much drove the nails in his Presidential coffin. But you never know....I hope and pray we don't land another Republican in the White House.
