I'm currently rereading this book, Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them. It's a great read and I highly recommend it to everyone, not just disillusioned liberals like myself. I always loved Al Frankin on SNL...remember Stuart Smalley? Anyway, he's a man of considerable intelligence and an astute political commentator....and he's just damned funny. The book is insightful, humorous, and really brings home the hypocrisy of the current regime. I love the fact that he takes on the stars of the Republican party, the menacing Death Star that is Fox News Bill O'Reilly, and the always crazy Ann Coulter. So...for an enlightening summer read, I recommend this book.
